Programs are developed on an individualized basis using the latest techniques established by the American Association of Youth Conditioning. No machines involved here – just basic movements under close supervision to ensure proper execution and minimal risk of injury. Between the ages of 10-18 the central nervous system is still changing, bones are still growing, muscles are developing.
